Our Cloud & DevOps Development Process

Technologies We Use for Cloud & DevOps
Default region for Pune workloads is Azure Central India (Pune) paired with Azure South India (Chennai) for BCDR, which is the only combination that keeps both primary and DR copies inside Indian sovereignty for DPDPA and RBI. AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) and ap-south-2 (Hyderabad) are second-choice for clients with existing AWS commitments. Compute lands on AKS or EKS with Karpenter, data on Azure SQL, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Cosmos DB, or Aurora depending on workload, and streaming on Event Hubs or MSK Kafka for telemetry. CI/CD runs on Azure DevOps (the Pune local default), GitHub Actions, or GitLab. Observability uses Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana Cloud, or Datadog. Backup-as-a-service follows the Druva-pattern with immutable snapshots, geo-pairing, and ransomware-resilient retention.
