Yes. We build integration layers between shop-floor systems and enterprise software using REST and GraphQL APIs, message queues, flat-file and EDI exchange, and database-level replication where an API does not exist. Typical targets include SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo and in-house MES platforms, so plant data and order data stay in sync without replatforming.

We connect to PLCs and machine controllers over OPC UA, Modbus TCP and RTU, MTConnect, EtherNet/IP and Profinet, then normalise that data onto MQTT or Kafka for the cloud layer. For retrofits on older equipment we add external IoT sensors for vibration, temperature, current draw and cycle counting rather than replacing the machine.

Predictive maintenance starts with a historian of machine telemetry: vibration, temperature, current, pressure and cycle counts sampled continuously. We label that history against past failures and work orders, then train anomaly-detection and remaining-useful-life models that raise a maintenance ticket before a fault becomes downtime. Model quality depends on how much labelled failure history exists, so we start with rule-based thresholds and move to learned models as data accumulates.

Yes. We build receiving, putaway, cycle counting, kitting, work-in-progress tracking and finished-goods dispatch, with barcode and RFID scanning on mobile devices used on the floor. These systems connect back to ERP for stock valuation and to MES for material consumption against work orders.

A single-line telemetry pilot with a dashboard and alerting typically runs 6 to 10 weeks. A plant-wide MES module with ERP integration and mobile shop-floor apps usually takes 4 to 8 months. We deliver in two-week sprints against a fixed scope per milestone so each release is usable on the floor before the next one starts.
