A discovery workshop and research round can happen in the first couple of weeks, a tested prototype of one or two core flows usually follows soon after, and a full product design with a design system takes longer because every screen, state and component has to be designed and reviewed. Redesigns can move faster when analytics and user feedback already point to the problems. We agree on milestones up front and review progress with you on Mountain Time at each stage, so you always know what is done and what is next.
