The challenge
Healthcare software carries constraints most products do not: patient data must be encrypted and access-logged, availability has to reflect real clinician calendars, and the interface is used by people with no time to learn it.
What we built
- Role-scoped access so clinicians, administrators and patients each see only what their role permits, enforced at the data layer rather than the UI.
- Scheduling built against real clinician availability, with conflict detection rather than optimistic booking.
- Audit logging on every record access, which is the evidence trail compliance reviews ask for.
- Interface designed for speed of use in clinic — fewer screens, larger targets, no nested navigation.
Outcome
A platform that keeps scheduling and records in one system while producing the access trail a healthcare provider needs to demonstrate.
