• The challenge

  Logistics operators lose time to two things: dispatchers planning routes by hand, and customer service answering "where is my delivery". Both are solvable with the same location data if it is surfaced in the right places.

• What we built

  • Live vehicle positions on a MapBox interface, updating without a page refresh.
  • Route planning that accounts for delivery windows and vehicle capacity rather than distance alone.
  • A customer-facing tracking view, which removes the majority of status enquiries before they are made.
  • Proof-of-delivery capture on mobile, tied back to the shipment record.

• Outcome

  Dispatchers plan from one screen and customers self-serve status, reducing the phone traffic that previously absorbed operations time.
