Rapida · Delivery Service Platform
A high-performance delivery platform with real-time tracking and immersive 3D visualizations.
SF generative work is not a Midjourney prompt pasted into a Notion doc. Buyers have watched Sora, Gen-3, Flux, and Suno from launch, sit one degree from the labs that train them, and apply real eval pressure on quality, brand safety, and provenance. Our services match that bar. We ship image generation pipelines on Stable Diffusion 3.5, Flux.1, SDXL, and DALL-E 3 with brand-specific LoRA and DreamBooth adapters, ComfyUI graphs in production behind a service API, and trademark plus NSFW classifiers in the output path. We build video generation pipelines that combine Runway Gen-3 Alpha, Pika 1.5, Luma Dream Machine, and Sora (where API access is available) with traditional compositing in After Effects and Nuke. We ship audio and voice cloning on ElevenLabs and self-hosted XTTS with signed talent consent flows and SAG-AFTRA-aligned replica clauses, music generation through Suno and Udio for licensed enterprise use, 3D and NeRF pipelines on Luma AI, Instant-NGP, and Gaussian Splatting for product visualization and game studios, and code generation deployments built on Cursor Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Codeium for Business, and Replit AI for engineering orgs that want IDE-native coding agents under audit. Every customer-facing creative output carries C2PA credentials where the format supports it, a generation log, and a rights manifest.
Every SF generative AI engagement opens with a modality workshop that splits the use case into image, video, audio, music, 3D, or code generation, then a model selection pass mapping it onto OpenAI DALL-E 3 and Sora, Anthropic Claude for grounded multimodal reasoning around generation, Stable Diffusion 3.5 and Flux.1 on self-hosted GPUs, Runway and Pika for video, ElevenLabs and Suno for audio, or Luma for 3D and NeRF. We then run a California AB 2013 training data disclosure review on any fine-tuning corpus, a California AI Transparency Act review on watermarking and provenance obligations, a Copyright Office human-authorship review with the client's GC, a SAG-AFTRA AI replica clause check where voice or avatar are in scope, and a COPPA review when the surface touches under-13 users. Build sprints are one week, each producing a runnable eval set scored on aesthetic fidelity, brand-safety, prompt adherence, and similarity to known protected works, plus an updated model card. Deployment ships behind feature flags with shadow-mode comparison against the prior pipeline, full observability through Langfuse or Helicone, and a kill-switch any platform or trust and safety lead can pull without a vendor call.
We map the business problem, the users and the constraints, then agree what success looks like in numbers.
Flows, interface design and a clickable prototype, so the hard decisions are settled before engineering starts.
Two-week sprints against a fixed scope. You see working software every fortnight, not a status report.
Load testing, security review, migration and a rollout plan — with someone from the build team on call.
Monitoring, iteration and a support SLA. Most clients keep building with us long after go-live.
Our default SF generative stack centers on Stable Diffusion 3.5 Large, Flux.1 dev and pro, and SDXL on self-hosted GPUs in AWS us-west-2 (Oregon) and Modal, with ComfyUI workflow graphs deployed behind a service API and LoRA plus DreamBooth adapters trained on licensed client assets. DALL-E 3 runs through Azure OpenAI Service in eastus2 and westus3 for clients already inside Microsoft enterprise agreements, and Anthropic Claude image understanding runs through AWS Bedrock in us-west-2 and us-east-1. Video pipelines combine Runway Gen-3 Alpha API, Pika 1.5, Luma Dream Machine, and Sora through OpenAI where access is granted. Audio runs on ElevenLabs and self-hosted XTTS v2 and Tortoise on Modal GPUs. Music runs through Suno and Udio enterprise tiers. 3D and NeRF use Luma AI, Instant-NGP, and Gaussian Splatting. Code generation uses Cursor Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Codeium, and Replit AI with private repo indexing. Provenance uses C2PA Content Credentials, SynthID where supported, and signed metadata stored in S3 us-west-2 with object-lock so the generation log is tamper-evident.
