Rapida · Delivery Service Platform
A high-performance delivery platform with real-time tracking and immersive 3D visualizations.
Seattle generative AI buyers expect cloud-native engineering by default. AWS, Microsoft, and Amazon AGI engineers set a high bar on RAG architecture, eval harness rigor, and prompt injection defence, and Allen Institute for AI publishes the open-weight references the local market measures against. Our services build to that bar. We design and build RAG pipelines on AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, Amazon Nova) in us-west-2 (Oregon, the closest commercial region with single-digit-millisecond round trip from Seattle), Azure OpenAI in West US 2 (Quincy WA) and West US 3 (Phoenix), fine-tune open-weight models (Llama 3.1 and 3.3, Mistral Large, Qwen 2.5, AI2 OLMo and Tulu) on client data where hosted frontier models fail residency or audit, ship internal copilots with explicit consent surfaces required by the My Health My Data Act for any consumer health data in scope, and stand up evaluation harnesses (LangSmith, Braintrust, Promptfoo, AI2 Inspect framework, OLMES) that run before every production push. Every engagement ships a model card, a prompt injection threat model, and a logging design that the client's MRM, clinical, or privacy team can sign off without a second vendor.
We run discovery, design, and validation on PT so Seattle product, engineering, privacy, and risk teams get synchronous standups, not overnight handoffs. Discovery opens with a use-case risk classification. For consumer health data at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle Children's, UW Medicine, Providence (Renton HQ), Premera Blue Cross (Mountlake Terrace), or any wellness app under Amazon Health Services we map the My Health My Data Act (MHMD, effective March 31 2024 for regulated entities, June 30 2024 for small businesses) obligations: consent before collection, separate authorisation before sale, geofence prohibition near healthcare facilities, deletion rights, and a published consumer health data privacy policy. For Washington residents broadly we map the Washington Privacy Act elements that took effect, the Washington Biometric Identifier law (RCW 19.375, the 2017 statute predating Illinois BIPA expansion), and the Children's Code (HB 1175) for minors. For Boeing and aerospace adjacent work we map NIST 800-171 CUI controls, the FAA-aligned DO-326A airworthiness cybersecurity, and ITAR or EAR scope where applicable. Build sprints are two weeks.
We map the business problem, the users and the constraints, then agree what success looks like in numbers.
Flows, interface design and a clickable prototype, so the hard decisions are settled before engineering starts.
Two-week sprints against a fixed scope. You see working software every fortnight, not a status report.
Load testing, security review, migration and a rollout plan — with someone from the build team on call.
Monitoring, iteration and a support SLA. Most clients keep building with us long after go-live.
Seattle generative AI stacks default to AWS us-west-2 (Oregon) as the closest commercial region with single-digit-millisecond round trip from Seattle, with AWS us-west-1 (N. California) as the second tier. Azure ships through West US 2 (Quincy WA, ironically inside Washington State itself) and West US 3 (Phoenix AZ). For workloads that require AWS Inferentia or Trainium for cost-optimized inference (Anthropic Claude on Bedrock, Llama and Mistral self-hosted) we deploy through SageMaker or EC2 Trn1 and Inf2 instances in us-west-2. For Microsoft-stack clients we route through Azure OpenAI in West US 2 with private endpoints into the client's VNet. Vector stores route through pgvector on Aurora PostgreSQL, OpenSearch Serverless, Pinecone, or Weaviate. Eval harnesses use LangSmith, Braintrust, Promptfoo, Inspect (UK AISI), and the AI2 OLMES evaluation framework when benchmarking open-weight models. Prompt injection defences use Lakera Guard, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, AWS Bedrock Guardrails, or in-house structured-output enforcement. Logging routes through AWS CloudTrail, Splunk, or the client's existing SIEM with immutable retention satisfying MHMD audit requirements, HIPAA 45 CFR 164.312(b), or aerospace cybersecurity expectations.
