A focused readiness assessment and roadmap for one to three candidate processes runs two to three weeks at a fixed fee, typically a fraction of a single pilot build. Broader organisation-wide assessments covering many departments are scoped individually. Either way you get a fixed quote before we start, not a running clock.

We staff the assessment with the same engineers who would build the pilot, not a strategy team that hands off to an implementation team that has never seen the recommendation. That means the feasibility read is grounded in what is actually buildable against your systems, not a slide of industry trends with your logo on it.

Yes, and this is a common engagement. We assess the platform against your actual requirements and against the build-custom alternative, with no commission riding on either answer. Vendors are frequently right for the right use case and wrong for the one being pitched — the evaluation tells you which is true for you.

We will say so, and it happens more often than you would think — sometimes the data is not clean enough yet, sometimes a simpler automation solves 90% of the value at a tenth of the cost. A consulting engagement that always recommends a large build is not independent advice, and we are not going to give you that.
