visionOS apps are distributed through the App Store on Vision Pro, just like iOS. You submit through App Store Connect with a separate visionOS destination. TestFlight supports visionOS for beta distribution. Enterprise apps can use Apple Business Manager for internal distribution without going through the public App Store.
