AR & VR Development Services We Offer in Dubai
Our AR and VR service lines cover ARKit on Apple Vision Pro and iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max (which retain LiDAR for mesh and depth) for Emirates, Jumeirah, Chalhoub Group, and Emaar-class spatial work, ARCore on Pixel 8 Pro and Galaxy S24 Ultra for the broader Android audience including expatriate workforce on Huawei devices via a constrained Sceneform-style runtime, WebAR through 8th Wall, Niantic, and Zappar for low-friction Instagram and QR-driven activations at Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall, Unity and Unreal Engine 5 for Meta Quest 3, Apple Vision Pro visionOS, HTC Vive XR Elite, Pico 4, and Varjo XR-4 builds, and full Unity DOTS or Unreal nDisplay pipelines for digital twins covering DEWA substations, RTA depots, ADNOC facility walkthroughs, and Emirates Airline cabin layouts. We also handle 3D content production with Reality Composer, Reality Capture photogrammetry, USDZ packaging for visionOS and ARKit Quick Look, glTF for WebAR and Android, and bilingual Arabic and English voiceover, subtitling, and UI for every experience.
Our AR & VR Development Development Process
Discovery runs in person at our Dubai office, Museum of the Future precinct, DIFC Innovation Hub, ADGM Hub71, Dubai Design District, or the client venue (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Emaar showrooms, Jumeirah properties, Emirates Aviation College, DEWA Sustainable City). We capture physical sites with Reality Capture or Polycam Pro on iPhone 15 Pro LiDAR during discovery so 3D references are accurate to the millimetre on day one. Sprints continue from Edmonton and Chandigarh on a GST+4 cadence with synchronous standups during Dubai working hours. Every build runs hardware-in-the-loop testing on Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest 3, iPhone 15 Pro, Galaxy S24 Ultra, and Pixel 8 Pro at our Dubai office. PDPL impact assessments cover biometric capture (face mesh, eye tracking on Vision Pro), spatial scanning, and any environmental capture, and consent flows are wired in before any sensor reads. DESC and NESA reviews are scheduled into the timeline where the immersive experience touches DEWA, RTA, ADNOC, or DHA workflows.
Concept & Feasibility
1-2 WeeksWe define the AR/VR experience, select target platforms and devices, assess technical feasibility, and create a detailed project plan.
3D Design & Storyboarding
2-4 WeeksCreate 3D assets, environment designs, interaction patterns, and storyboards that map out the complete user journey through the experience.
Development & Integration
6-10 WeeksBuild the AR/VR experience with optimized 3D rendering, spatial interactions, physics, audio, and any required backend integrations.
Testing & Optimization
2-3 WeeksDevice-specific testing, performance optimization for target hardware, comfort testing (motion sickness prevention), and usability evaluation.
Deployment & Launch
1-2 WeeksDeploy to app stores, configure WebAR hosting, set up analytics tracking, and provide training materials for your team.
Technologies We Use for AR & VR Development
Apple platform AR and spatial uses ARKit, RealityKit, and the visionOS SDK on Swift and SwiftUI, with USDZ as the content interchange format. Android AR uses ARCore and Sceneform-fork runtimes on Kotlin with glTF content. Cross-platform engines are Unity 2023 LTS or 6 with the XR Interaction Toolkit, OpenXR plug-ins, AR Foundation for mobile, and Unreal Engine 5.3+ with the OpenXR plug-in, Nanite, and Lumen for premium real-estate, hospitality, and aviation visualisation. WebAR runs on 8th Wall (Niantic) and Zappar with hosting on AWS CloudFront fronted by an AWS me-central-1 origin so spatial scenes load fast on e& and du last-mile. 3D content tooling spans Blender, Maya, Substance Painter and Designer, ZBrush, and Marvelous Designer for hospitality and retail soft goods, with Reality Capture photogrammetry for site capture. Multiplayer and shared spatial sessions use Photon Fusion, Normcore, or Apple’s GroupActivities API on visionOS. Tracking and analytics export through OpenTelemetry into Datadog or Grafana with PDPL-aligned consent.
