ERP cost is dominated by scope and by how bad your master data is, so ranges are the only honest form. An ERP assessment and blueprint, meaning a current-state review, custom code analysis, a data quality baseline, a target architecture, and a costed roadmap you can take to the board, typically runs USD 60,000 to 150,000 over six to ten weeks. A single-pillar rollout or a mid-market ERP implementation for one legal entity, including configuration, extensions, integrations, data migration, and testing, typically runs USD 250,000 to 750,000.
