Game Development Services We Offer in Singapore
Singapore mobile publishers do not buy Western live-ops templates. Garena built Free Fire as a deliberately lightweight battle royale because most SEA players run sub-USD 200 Android devices on patchy 4G, and miHoYo set the global gacha bar with Genshin Impact\'s seasonal cadence. Our game services mirror that standard. We build Unity 6 and Unreal Engine 5 mobile titles tuned for the SEA device matrix (MediaTek Helio and Dimensity, Snapdragon 4-series, 2GB to 4GB RAM baselines), Cocos2d-x titles where the publisher demands lighter footprint, native iOS and Android low-spec optimisation, Razer Gold and Garena Shells virtual currency integration, and esports back-end systems patterned on Acer Predator and MPL fantasy stacks. Every engagement includes a PDPA data map, an IMDA Code of Practice content review, and a MAS readiness check on the in-game economy.
Our Game Development Development Process
We run discovery, vertical slice, production and SEA launch on SGT hours so Singapore producers get synchronous standups, not US-overnight handoffs. Discovery opens with a SEA market workshop (target countries from ID, TH, VN, PH, MY, SG, MM, KH, LA, BN, plus regional EN), a device-tier decision (Tier 1 flagship to Tier 3 sub-USD 150 Android), and an IMDA gaming-fund eligibility review with the Singapore Game Developers Association co-funding stack if applicable. Build sprints are two weeks, reviewed against a vertical slice that runs at 30fps on a 2GB MediaTek Helio device, which is the honest SEA baseline. Localisation covers Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Bahasa Malaysia, Burmese, Khmer, Lao, Mandarin (Simplified), Tamil and SEA English, with culturally aware UI flows (religious content for ID and MY, Buddhist iconography handled correctly for TH and KH). Submission includes the PDPA notice, the IMDA harmful-content checklist and the MAS in-game economy memo.

Technologies We Use for Game Development
Singapore game backends almost always need low-latency SEA residency, so we default to AWS ap-southeast-1 (Singapore), GCP asia-southeast1 (Singapore) and Azure Southeast Asia for matchmaking, live-ops and player accounts, with secondary failover to ap-southeast-3 (Jakarta) and ap-southeast-7 (Bangkok) where active-active uptime matters for ID and TH players. For engines we use Unity 6 with IL2CPP and the URP renderer for Tier 2 and Tier 3 device parity, Unreal Engine 5 for Tier 1 hardcore titles, and Cocos2d-x where Garena-pattern lightweight builds are required. PlayFab, Photon Realtime, AccelByte and the Garena BaaS handle live services. Razer Gold currency, Garena Shells and TrueMoney (TH), GCash (PH), DANA (ID), MoMo (VN) and ShopeePay integrations are wired through the Razer Pay and 2C2P APIs. Crash telemetry runs through Sentry Singapore region.
