Blockchain & Web3 Development Services We Offer in Warsaw
Warsaw Web3 buyers expect technical depth, not whitepaper theatre. Aleph Zero has shipped a production L1 with ZK privacy primitives, Ramp processes billions in fiat onramp volume from a Warsaw HQ, and Zonda has operated under Polish AML supervision longer than most EU exchanges. Our services mirror that bar. We build smart contracts in Solidity (for EVM chains — Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base) and Rust (for Substrate, Solana, NEAR), with full Foundry or Hardhat test coverage and at least one external audit before mainnet (Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, Spearbit, or Polish auditors like Composable Security). We ship custodial wallets with Fireblocks or BitGo integration, non-custodial wallets on Privy or Magic, fiat onramps via Ramp, MoonPay, or Banxa, and zero-knowledge work using Circom, Halo2, or Risc Zero where the proof system is load-bearing.
Our Blockchain & Web3 Development Development Process
We run a five-stage engagement aligned to Polish Web3 governance. Discovery is two weeks: scope, KNF VASP registration status check, MiCA classification (the protocol may need CASP authorisation under MiCA from 2025), AML and KYC vendor selection (Sumsub is dominant in Poland; Veriff and Onfido also common), and a smart contract threat model. Architecture and design is three to four weeks. Build is six to twelve weeks depending on contract complexity, with continuous Foundry or Hardhat testing, gas profiling, and internal review. Audit is two to four weeks externally — we coordinate with Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin, Spearbit, Sigma Prime, or Polish-based Composable Security. Mainnet launch is one to two weeks with monitoring on OpenZeppelin Defender, Tenderly, and Forta. All pricing is fixed-fee in PLN with milestone payments, and IP transfers cleanly under Polish law.
Blockchain Strategy
1-2 WeeksWe evaluate whether blockchain is the right fit, select the optimal chain, define tokenomics, and architect the decentralized system.
Smart Contract Design
2-3 WeeksDesign smart contract architecture, define data structures, and map out contract interactions with detailed technical specifications.
Development & Testing
4-8 WeeksWrite and test smart contracts with 100% test coverage. Build the frontend dApp with wallet connection, transaction handling, and blockchain event listeners.
Security Audit
2-3 WeeksComprehensive smart contract audit including automated vulnerability scanning, manual code review, and formal verification of critical functions.
Mainnet Launch
1-2 WeeksDeploy verified contracts to mainnet, configure monitoring, set up multisig governance, and launch with community engagement support.
Technologies We Use for Blockchain & Web3 Development
Smart contracts in Solidity 0.8.x or Rust depending on chain. EVM toolchain on Foundry (default) or Hardhat, with OpenZeppelin libraries as base. Substrate work uses Rust with the latest stable Polkadot SDK. Frontend on Wagmi, Viem, and RainbowKit or ConnectKit, deployed on Next.js with TypeScript. Indexing on The Graph hosted service, Goldsky, or self-hosted Subsquid (Polish-relevant, used by Aleph Zero ecosystem). Off-chain compute on AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) or europe-central2 (Warsaw), with Cloudflare Workers for low-latency edge logic. Custody on Fireblocks, BitGo, or Safe (Gnosis Safe) for multisig treasury. Fiat onramp through Ramp Network (Warsaw-founded, lowest fees in Polish market), MoonPay, or Banxa. AML and KYC through Sumsub, with Chainalysis or TRM Labs for transaction monitoring. ZK work on Circom 2 with snarkjs, Halo2, or Risc Zero where general-purpose ZK-VM is appropriate.
